The apartment is part of a a modern villa houses with 5 apartments, while the other 2 are inhabited by the owners, they are simply and pleasantly furnished. The farm produces wine and olive-oil. For shared use is the grounds 60 ha, garden, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, 04.06.-03.09.), table tennis, garden furniture and the barbecue. In the complex: reception, central heating.
