In the living/dining room there is an open fireplace and dining table. In the kitchenette there are 4 hotplates, oven, freezer. The terrace is about 5 m2 and the apartment has a private entrance. Tha apartment is part of a a modern villa houses with 5 apartments, while the other 2 are inhabited by the owners, they are simply and pleasantly furnished. The farm produces wine and olive-oil. For shared use is the grounds 60 ha, garden, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, 04.06.-03.09.), table tennis, garden furniture and the barbecue. In the complex: reception, central heating. Parking in the grounds. Shop 4 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 6 km. Tennis 4 km, riding stables 5 km.
