Very old, very nice, rustic farmhouse "Prato al Sole", built in 1400, renovated in 2002, surrounded by trees and meadows is situated 8 km from Bucine. This farm produces the famous Chianti wine and olive oil. It is situated in the middle of the cultural triangle of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. This is a 1-room studio for 3 persons. There is a living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and satellite-TV. Kitchen is equipped withoven, dishwasher, micro wave. Shower/bidet/WC. Suitable for wheelchair use. Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, for extra cost), drying room, heating payable locally (01.11.-31.03.) For shared use: grounds 40 ha (fenced), garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 110 - 140 cm, 15.05.-04.10.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). Shop 4 km, grocers 500 m, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Bucine" 8 km. Tennis 8 km. Wine and olive oil tasting possibilities. Clients can also join the grape (October) or olive (November) harvest. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 55 km from the centre of Firenze.
