Very old, rustic farmhouse "Prato al Sole", built in 1400, renovated in 2002 is surrounded by trees and meadows is situated 8 km form Bucine, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Apartment La Colombaia is a 3-room apartment for 4 persons on the 1st floor. There are living/dining room, a lounge, 2 bedroom and kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher and micro wave. Private furnished outside area with table, chairs and parasol in communal gardens. For shared use: grounds 40 ha (fenced), garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 110 - 140 cm, 15.05.-04.10.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). Wireless LAN [WLAN], central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra) This farm produces the famous Chianti wine and an excellent olive oil. It is situated in the middle of the cultural triangle of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Wine and olive oil tasting. Clients can also join the grape (October) or olive (November) harvest. Shop are 4 km away, grocers 500 m, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Bucine" 8 km away. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 55 km from the centre of Firenze.
