The rustic house is situated in a strategic position around 30km from Florence and Arezzo. and 40km from Siena.There is a spectacular view on the valley and the swimmingpool. The house is around 5 minutes’ drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace and nature. The farmhouse is made up of a central house and of 5 buildings. The property includes 5 hectares of terraced gardens built with traditional stonewallsì. a vineyard and olive and fruit trees. The farmhouse produces high quality olive oil. wine. vin santo. vinegar. fruit. jams and honey. all of which can be bought on site. Apartment Sud can be reached with the stairs. the apartment is on the first and second floor. The furniture is rustic with the typical Tuscan touch. The garden is at the entrance of the house. but at 40 meters next to the wood. Next to the stairs to the apartment ius a veranda.
