La Capraia, antique medioval hamlet, is situated in a very good position which overlooks the Arno valley. The characteristic little squares of the hamlet have been renovated, reveling the typical features of the old buildings and creating an atmosphere of refined country residence. There is a typical restaurant with high quality food. The apartments are well kept with typical Tuscan furniture. The main cities are within easy drive: Florence 55 km, Siena 60 km, Arezzo 45 km. Farm estate "La Capraia". There is a washing machine in the house for shared use, and a space to park your car. The following facilities are for shared use: garden, swimming pool (8 x 15 m, depth 100 - 130 cm, 05.05.-06.10.), paddling pool, outside shower, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground. The following facilities are in the surrounding: shop 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 20 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 20 km.
