The house is 600m above sea level. on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain which divides the valley of the Arno from the Casentino. The rustic house is situated in a strategic position around 30km from Florence and Arezzo. and 40km from Siena.There is a spectacular view on the Valley and the wimmingpool. The house is around 5 minutes’ drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace nature. The farmhouse is made up of a central house and of 5 buildings. The property includes 5 hectares of terraced gardens built with traditional stonewallsì. a vineyard and olive and fruit trees. The farmhouse produces high quality olive oil. wine. vin santo. vinegar. fruit. jams and honey. all of which can be bought on site. The interior of the house is rustic and gives a typical Tuscan atmosphere. The rooms in the house are connected by small stairs. consisting of three steps. From both the living room and the kitchen you have access to the garden equipped with garden furniture.This accommodation is suitable for max. 4 adults and 1 child.
