I Camini is named after the big stone fireplace in its living room and to the one in the kitchen. It is located in panoramic position over the Arno valley, 500 m above sea level, between Florence and Arezzo. It is an ideal position for relaxing or walking holidays. The building dates back to the 14th century and it was property of the Frati Camaldolesi and the Spedale degli Innocenti. It is the only one that has been renovated together with a part on the back which is seldom used. Farmhouse "I Camini" is located 4 km from the centre of Castelfranco di Sopra, 32 km from the centre of Arezzo, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. The house has private grounds, garden, meadow, orchard, and a swimming pool (3 x 2 m, depth 70 cm, 24.04.-23.10.). In addition, there is a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and children's playground. Furthermore, there is a washing machine. Please not that there is no heating in the house. The linen is weekly changed. It is also possible to park your car by the house.
