The stone house "Les Fileuses" is in 3 ha grounds with a trellis wall in the same grounds as the owner's house. Both houses are separated by a courtyard. Panoramic view of Luberon. 3-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels with cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with bar. Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: gallery with 1 bed (90 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Access to the bathroom on the main floor via the bedroom and 7 steps. Central heating. Piano in the lounge. A cave-man oil mill is in the grounds. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 15.05.-01.10.). Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Tennis 3 km. There is an ornamental pond (3x2 m, depth 0.7m) on the property. Communal use with the owner: utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking 25 m. The house is reached via 23 steps on 2 landings. Car necessary.
