This 5-room villa is 145 m2 on 2 levels. It offers nice view. It isbuilt in 1989 but it is fully renovated. It is located 3 km from the centre, in a secluded position. It has a living/dining room 30 m2 with open fireplace and flat screen TV. Its kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. There is a bath-room and sep. WC. On the upper floor there is 1 room with 1 double bed, hand-basin and a children's room with 2 beds (70 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Washing machine, whirlpool, central heating and wireless internet are provided. For private use there are grounds 3 ha with trees, swimming pool (10 x 8 m, depth 10 - 225 cm, 01.05.-30.10.) with alarm, pool house with shower and WC, boules. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Please note that a car is essential.
