Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower, bidet, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2, covered. Deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. All bedrooms have fitted carpet. Private: grounds 1'600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, parking in the grounds, individual garage. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Please note: main road closeby. The grounds are surrounded by vineyard hills.
