This single-family house, built in 1994, was renovated in 2005 and is located outside the resort. For private use there is 1500 m2 grounds(fenced) and a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 60 - 190 cm, 14.05.-16.09.) with roller cover. There is a pool house with fridge and hot plates, parking in the grounds. Car port. There is a shop situated 3 km from the house, as is a grocers 3 km. The restaurant is 1 km away. The golf course at 10 km, tennis 1 km. Please note that a car essential. There is an electric gate, gas barbecue and pool house with freezer. The departemental road (equivalent to B road) is 50 metres from the gate.
