The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, which was built in 2007 and refurbished in 2010. The apartment has front line views of the golf course and the swimming pools. In the living area you can watch satellite-TV, there is a DVD-player and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. Free internet access and air conditioning is available. One bedroom has a double bed, the other room has two single beds. In the living room there is sleeping space for two on a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet. You can relax on the covered terrace of 20 m2 with garden furniture. There is a shared plot, an outside shower and two sun loungers. The newly restored Riquelme Country House (town centre) boasts a bar and restaurant, and there is also a supermarket on site. There are 19 swimming pools around the resort for your enjoyment. Sports facilities include tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, football, and an outside gymnasium. Parking space is available in the streets. The golf course, several restaurants and shops are in 100 m. City San Javier is 18 km from the accommodation and the distance to the sea/sandy beach and airport is 20 km.
