This is a four-room apartment 130 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, built in 2002 and located 100 m from the sea. It has a living/dining room with 1 sofa bed and flat screen TV, air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor has 1 room with 2 beds and air-conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, bath/WC and air-conditioning. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed and air-conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture. View of the sea and the port. Facilities include central heating, washing machine and garage space (No 7). For shared use guests have fenced garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01. and 31.12.). Shop is 100 m away, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 30 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km pebble beach "Grava" 100 m, shingle beach "Tango" 400 m.
