Guests can enjoy the large terrace with terrace furniture, portable barbecue and 4 deck chairs. There is a reserved parking fenced for 4 cars. For private use there are grounds 1'000 m2 (fenced), plants and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and an outside shower. Supermarket is in 1.3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, bathing bay 5 km, tennis 1.3 km. Please note that there is a stepped path to the house.
