The two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, which was built in 2007 and refurbished in 2010. The apartment has front line views of the golf course and the swimming pools. In the living area you can watch satellite-TV, there is a DVD-player and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. Air conditioning and central heating is available. One bedroom has a double bed, the other room has two single beds.
