There is balcony access with great view from the living room and bedroom. and the bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with bathroom is located next to the apartment. Located between the Speiereck and Katschberg ski areas. and 800m outside the centre of the village. Perfectly placed for stables. bike track. cross-country skiing track and ski-bus! The Lungau is one of the sunniest regions of Austria with more than 200 sun hours yearly!
