There is balcony access with great view from the living room and bedroom. and the bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Located between the Speiereck and Katschberg ski areas. and 800m outside the centre of the village. Perfectly placed for stables. bike track. cross-country skiing track and ski-bus! The Lungau is one of the sunniest regions of Austria with more than 200 sun hours yearly!
