A brand new first floor appartment (completed Jan 2011) located just outside the centre of St Michael in the Lungau valley. Located on its own up a private staircase and seperated from the main house by a wide corridor. All the appliances are first class. and with floor heating throughout and plug-in broadband internet access. The two bedrooms are accessed individually from the open plan kitchen / living / dining area. where there is also a sofa bed. The bathroom and toilet are seperate. With a petting zoo for the kids. a (shared) sunbathing lawn and BBQ area and located next to a stables. Access to skibus. Lungau cycle path and cross country ski track are all just 300m
