Located in the textile town of Nishijin, Iori Kyoto Townhouse Nishijin-Isa-cho features a working textile studio, a kitchen and traditional rooms with tatami-mat flooring. This traditional Machiya townhouse has 2 bathrooms, 1 with a Japanese cedar bathtub and the other with a shower. It is an 11-minute walk from Imadegawa Train Station. The townhouse features air conditioning facilities and an en suite bathroom with a Japanese-style tub. The kitchen includes a fridge, electric kettle and a microwave. Kitchenware and a coffee maker with organic coffee are included as well. Bicycle rental and luggage storage are available at the property, as well as English-speaking concierge services. Guests can experience additional services such as traditional tea ceremonies and calligraphy writing, or try on kimonos for an extra cost. Work in the textile studio will start at 08:30 daily.
