Set in its own private grounds, Durn House is an elegant 18th-century Georgian mansion house which retains many original features, such as large open fireplaces, an impressive stone spiral staircase and spacious individually designed guest rooms. Free private parking is available on site. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player, bathrobes, and toiletries are provided with each Durn House guest room. Guests can enjoy a continental or full Scottish breakfast and home-baked bread and pastries, freshly baked each morning. Dinner can also be provided upon prior arrangement. Meals are made using home-made, seasonal, and local traditional produce and seafood and local game dishes are the chef's specialities.
