The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via e-mail. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by e-mail 1 month prior to arrival. For customers travelling within the next 28 days, the e-mail is sent instantly after full payment.
A fully refundable security deposit of CHF 300 will be required upon arrival for damages.
Please note that the lift only goes to the third floor. The apartment is on the fourth floor.
