This appartment on the second floor is almost 2 appartments. One half is a studio for 2 with a kitchenette. double bed south facing balcony and a seperate shower and wc. To the right there is another room for up to 3 children with another seperate shower and WC - perfect for the kids. giving a little privacy for everyone. For 2 people the studio is large enough.Downstairs there is a breakfast room where there is also a TV. Outside in summer there is a BBQ area. a circular 5m wide pool and a large garden for relaxing.10 Minutes to the Wörthersee in summer. and in winter 20 minutes to Gerlitzen
