A family friendly, very comfortable house "Casa Kasbah" which is situated in the district of Toscal, 1 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. The five-room house has two levels, spacious and bright. On the ground floor, there are two bedroom; one has a french bed and the second has a two single beds. The kitchen is equipped in an oven and a freezer. On the upper floor: is an open large living/dining room of 60 m2 with veranda with open fireplace, satellite-TV, international TV channels and flat screen TV and exit to the garden. Two bedrooms have a direct entrance to the balcony. A large, open kitchen consists an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. The terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs are to your disposal. You can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains and the countryside. Private: large, nice, well-kept garden 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney shaped, with privacy (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, table tennis, basketball. Available: bicycles (2), children's bicycles (2). Parking (for 4 cars) in the grounds. The supermarket is 1.4 km. away from the property restaurant 300 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, shingle beach 1 km. Tennis 500 m.
