This comfortable villa is located in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool, for a maximum of 14 persons. It is situated in a hilly, wooded and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and at 3 km from Arenal beach. It is a 3 level villa with living/dining room with television, dvd player and sofa bed, 6 bedrooms, central heating, satellite antenna, internet connection and alarm system. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, water cooker, mixer and toaster. There is double bedroom with satellite-tv, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a twin bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite shower room, 3 twin bedroom with air conditioning, large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds (sleeps 4), ideal for children There is also a private pool measuring 8m x 4m and 2m deep, a garden with trees, 3 terraces. The accommodation has a lot of privacy, a garden with trees and a view of the mountains. There are places to shop, places to go out and sports facilities.
