Comfortable villa with a private swimmingpool in a tranquil residance in Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote. You are able to enjoy the warm sun and beautiful views on sea and the island of Fuerteventura. The villa was built in typical Canary style on a private plot of 1000m2. The swimmingpool area is equipped with a solarium and deck chairs. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood such as: waterskiing. windsurfing. diving and there are possibilities to play tennis. The beautiful beaches of Puerto del Carmen are equipped with a blue flag which means that the sea is safe and clean to swim in so families can relax and enjoy the sea and the beaches.
