This lovely detached villa with a private swimming pool is located only at 1km from the sea. near the lively centre of the Puerto del Carmen beach town. The villa is all at one level and has an open kitchen with a small bar. where you can keep company while you cook. The spacious terrace offers you enjoyment of the sun on one of the lounge chairs. You can also take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. Puerto del Carmen is one of the most famous beach towns on Lanzarote. A walk along the 6 km long boulevard with various shops. restaurants and terraces is a wonderful way to explore the area and atmosphere of Puerto del Carmen. In addition to the long boulevard. Puerto del Carmen also offers the option of various water sports. such as water skiing. windsurfing and diving. In short. an ideal location to gather with your family to spend the holidays.
