The apartment block situated in the centre of La Garita, in a central, sunny position in the residential district, 50 metres away from the sea. The two-room apartment was renovated in 2013, it is comfortable and modern furnished. The living/dining room is equipped in TV (flat screen TV) and stereo unit. In the bedroom you can rest on the french bed (1 x 35 cm, length 180 cm) and relax watching TV on a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, mini-oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and a dining table. In a bathroom there is bidet, shower and a toilet. Apartment is situated on a street side. A grocery and a supermarket are 50 metres away from the city centre, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "La Garita" 100 m.
