The kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, grill. On the upper floor: is one bedroom with one french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower/WC (private). Second bedroom has 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Third bedroom consists one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). A terrace of 50 m2 has terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Private: grounds 287 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1 - depth 90 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Public parking on the road. The grocery is 1 km away from the property, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 30 m, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course 4 km, children's play area 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
