The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a freezer and a dishwasher. The terrace has barbeque facilities and 4 deck chairs. There are shops and a supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant and a bar are located 1 km away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at a 4 km distance. The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take a ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
