The Casa Isabella is a 2 storey villa located in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea. It has a private swimming pool ( 4 m x 8 m, 01.01 - 31.12) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, countryside and the valley. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and air-conditioning. The bedroom in the upper floor 1 large double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and air-conditioning. The is a living/dining room with panoramic window, open fireplace, satellite-TV, video, stereo unit, DVD and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, micro wave and a freezer. The house is equipped with central heating and has 2 terraces, one is partly covered. Terrace furniture includes, barbecue facilities and 6 deck chairs. There are shops and a supermarket within 6 km, a shopping center is 15 km from the house, a restaurant is located 2 kms away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as a Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at 5 km distance. Beaches and bays are located 20km away with water sports. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar leisure parks are at a 50 km distance. The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
