This 6-room house on 2 levels is fully renovated. It is located in a quiet, sunny position, 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach. It has a living/dining room with swedish stove, satellite-TV, stereo unit and air-conditioning. From there you can exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool. Its open kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine and kitchen island. On the lower ground floor there is another living/dining room and open kitchen. A washing machine, children's highchair and free wireless internet are provided. Guests can enjoy the 2 large terraces partly covered, patio with terrace furniture and barbecue. For private use there is a large garden 1'100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and outside shower. Supermarket, restaurant, bar are in 500 m, sandy beach 1.3 km. Tennis 1.7 km.
