This 5-room house is on 2 levels with panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the valley and the resort. It is in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. It offers a living/dining room with satellite-TV and stereo unit. From there you can exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool. Its open kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and kitchen island. On the lower ground floor there is a smaller kitchen. Washing machine, dryer, sauna and free wireless internet are provided. Guests can enjoy the 2 large terraces partly covered with terrace furniture and deck chairs. For private use there are grounds 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, with privacy (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.), outside shower. Shop is in 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course 8.5 km.
