This is a two bedrooms house of 100 m2, in the district of Villotel, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. It has a private well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers and a covered parking in the grounds. In the living/dining room there is a open fireplace, satellite-TV and gas heater and a veranda. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. There is a large terrace and a large patio with terrace furniture and deck chairs. As facilities there is a washing machine. For shared use with the complex there is a swimming pool with built-in steps. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outside shower, tennis, table tennis. Shop, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar 150 m, sandy beach "L'Ampolla" 3 km. Tennis 150 m. Please note: suitable for families.
