Very modern, luxurious farm estate "Edel" , 2 storey building is situated 4.5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. 5-room villa 380 m2 on 2 levels has 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, a living/dining room 82 m2 with open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio, stereo unit and DVD. Open kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. Sep. WC. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Garage (2 cars). Private: grounds 1'200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated, with privacy (50 m2, 01.01.-31.12.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house.
