Located 7 minutes’ drive from Moraira and El Portet Beach on the Costa Blanca Coat, Al Zhara offers a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, free barbecue facilities and free private parking on-site. The spacious living-dining comes with a 44-inch satellite TV, a DVD player, and HI-FI unit with radio, CD and cassette players. It has direct access to a large furnished balcony, ideal for al fresco dining. Gated steps from the balcony go down to a tiled upper patio with a large pergola equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, and a gas barbecue. Next to it, the pool area, with a large walk-in shower with adjustable temperature control. Free WiFi and a laptop computer, are available for guests’ use; and 2 free parking spaces are available on site.

Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned.
A 20% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
