Very nice, comfortable house "Casa Madroño". 2 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, nice, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower. In the house: central heating, air conditioning. Covered parking in the grounds.
