This comfortable house was renovated in 2012. It is situated in the district of Benimeit 3 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. The house has 3 bedrooms and is spacious and bright, it equipped in very comfortable and tasteful furnishings. In the living/dining room you can relax with satellite-TV this room has an exit to the terrace. A large, open kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. A large terrace is partly covered and it has its furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and a view of the sea and the countryside. Outside you can relax in a swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. There is also an outside shower, boules and barbecue. The closest shop is 3 km away from the property, grocers 1.6 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "L'Ampolla" 3 km. Golf course 2.5 km, tennis 4 km.
