This modern villa with private swimming pool is located on a domain of 3.5 ha at the foot of the Caballo Verde. ca. 18 km away from the beach. in the western part of the Marina Alta. The domain houses two villas and offers lots of privacy to both villas (other villa ES 03792-02). The villa is surrounded by its own wood and orchards with oranges. almonds and olives. The holiday home is ideally located for (sports) activities. sailing. diving. horse riding and golf. The area around the villa is great for walks. Famous beach resorts like Denia and Javea. with many monumental buildings are in close proximity. You will also find various small restaurants and shops nearby.
