This beautiful modern styled finca with a private swimming pool. is situated on an estate of 3.5 hectares at the foot of the Caballo Verde. Verde is approximately 18km from the coast. in the western part of the Marina Alta. The house is surrounded by private forest and orchards with among others. oranges. almonds and olives. and is very private. Perfectly located to unfold diverse activities on sea (sailing. diving etc.). or on the countryside (horse riding. golf. hiking). Famous spas such as Denia and Javea. with many monumental buildings in the surrounding. Within several km. distances are small restaurants. shops and a big supermarket for daily shopping.
