Located in the center of Calpe, historical, family friendly village with 24'000 inhabitants in the eastern part of the region directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 115 km south-east from Valencia, 60 km north-east from Alicante. This 55 m2 two-room attic apartment is situated on 3rd floor of the Apartment block "Playsol" with furnishings. The apartment accommodates up to two persons. The living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, digital TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating with an exit to the balcony with furniture. The bedroom has 2 beds and electric heater and the kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic glass hob and micro wave. The bathroom has bath/WC. A washing machine is also available. The apartment block has a lift and is about 500 m from the sea/sandy beach, located by a road. The supermarket is within 100 m, the restaurant and bar 50 m, tennis court 400 m. A shopping centre, post office, bank, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions, indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, harbour, diving, sailing and surfing are also accessible within the city. A car is recommended. The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. Market are on Saturdays and flea market on Wednesdays. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays. In summer, the sandy beach with facilities is suitable for children. A bathing bay, heated swimming pool and the water park "Aqualandia" is within in 25 km.
