Located in the center of Calpe, historical, family friendly village with 24'000 inhabitants in the eastern part of the region directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 115 km south-east from Valencia, 60 km north-east from Alicante. This 70 m2 two-room attic apartment is situated on 10th floor of the Apartment block "Playsol" with cosy furnishings. It offers a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. The apartment accommodates up to three people. The living/dining room has an area of 24 m2 with 1 sofa bed, satellite-TV, stereo unit and gas heater with an exit to the 30 m2 terrace with furniture, barbecue facilities and deck chairs. The bedroom has 2 beds and electric heater and the kitchen is equipped with oven, micro wave and freezer. The bathroom has shower/WC. A washing machine is also available. The apartment block has a lift and is about 500 m from the sea/sandy beach, located by a road. The supermarket is within 100 m, the restaurant and bar 50 m, tennis court 400 m. A shopping centre, post office, bank, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions, indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, harbour, diving, sailing and surfing are also accessible within the city. A car is recommended. The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. Market are on Saturdays and flea market on Wednesdays. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays. In summer, the sandy beach with facilities is suitable for children. A bathing bay, heated swimming pool and the water park "Aqualandia" is within in 25 km. Sports harbour, diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school and canoeing are also possible. Tennis and golf course 9 hole in Altea + Benissa is within 10 km. Minigolf and riding in Benissa is 9 km.
