This is a five room house with a living/dining room with satellite-TV, an exit to the garden, interconnecting room. There is a kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) and a separate toilet. The upper floor has 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm), 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm), a shower, bidet and a toilet. Furthermore there is a terrace including furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs and view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron. Garage. Located 30 m from the sea and 30 m from the beach, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Cambrils" 5 km. Please note: - 1 pet/ dog allowed.
