Apartment Orús is a two-bedroom apartment 62 m2 on 1st floor, of the small 2-storey apartment house, 2.5 km from the centre of Llança, in a quiet position, 800 m from the beach. It accommodates up to four people. The living/dining room 16 m2 with TV and wood burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 135 cm), electric heater. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic glass hob and micro wave. Bath/bidet/toilet. The terrace is 8 m2 and the patio is 40 m2 with terrace furniture and barbecue facilities. You can enjoy a nice view of the sea and the countryside. A washing machine is available. Only 1 dog accepted. Public parking on the road. Shop 2.5 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, pebble beach "El Cau del Llop", bathing bay 800 m. Sports harbour 2.5 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km, tennis 500 m.
