It offers a private swimming pool on the ground floor of the building with access from the parking. It accommodates up to six people. The living/dining room 45 m2 is with open fireplace, dining table, TV and warm air heating and an exit to the terrace. A large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, grill and electric coffee machine. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 150 cm), TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm) with bath/bidet/toilet and shower/toilet. Large terrace 84 m2 and garden 120 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs. You can enjoy a nice view of the sea and the countryside.
