This is a three room house of 70 m2 on 2 levels There is aliving/dining room of 19 m2 with an open fireplace and TV and an exit to the terrace. Furthermore there is a kitchen (mini-oven, oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine) with boiler (75 litres), a separate toilet. The upper floor hold 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm) and 1 room 9 m2 with 1 french bed (135 cm), bath, bidet and toilet. There is a terrace with furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. The house is located 3.5 km from the supermarket, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach 5.5 km, shingle beach "Sa Tuna" 2 km, diving center 1.5 km. Golf course (36 hole) 20 km, tennis 4 km, riding stables 4 km. Please note: - car essential. - access to the house is by a ramp.
