Moreover there is a kitchen (mini-oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine), a bath, bidet and toilet, an electric heating, a terrace of 17 m2 that is partly covered. The Terrace has furniture, a barbecue (portable) and deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Reserved parking by the house. Located 3.5 km from the supermarket, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach 5.5 km, shingle beach 2 km, diving center 1.5 km. Golf course (36 hole) 20 km, tennis 4 km, riding stables 4 km. Please note: car essential.
