This is a four room house of 150 m2 on 2 levels There is a living/dining room of 50 m2 with open fireplace and satellite-TV and an exit to the terrace. There are 1 room 7 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm), 1 room 12 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm) and an electric heater. Furthermore there is an open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with bar, bath and toiley. Boiler (100 litres). The upper floor has 1 room 11 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm), shower/WC and electric heater, an exit to the terrace including furniture and a barbecue (portable) and deck chairs. There is a view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2.7 km, shingle beach "Sa Tuna" 2.5 km, diving center 1 km, bathing bay 1 km. Golf course (36 hole) 20 km, tennis 7 km, riding stables 6 km. Please note: car essential.
