This is a two room apartment of 50 m2 on 5th floor. There is a living/dining room of 20 m2 with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm), electric heater and exit to the terrace. There is 1 room of 10 m2 with 1 sofa bed (135 cm), TV and radio and an exit to the terrace. The kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and freezer. Furthermore there is a bath and toilet, a terrace of 10 m2 and the apartment has a view of the sea. Located 5 km from the center of Begur, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 3 km, shingle beach "Sa tuna" 2 km, diving center 700 m, bathing bay 30 m. Golf course (36 hole) 20 km, tennis 7 km, riding stables 6 km. Reserved parking. Please note: - parking space for small car only. - car essential. - Private rocky bay with direct access by a lift. 30 euro deposit for the magnetic ticket to open the doors which you will have to return to reception at the end of your stay.
