In the middle of the Ötztal on a sunny location amidst meadows. woods and the high tops of the Ötztaler Alps lies the cosy village of Umhausen. You find the lively Sölden with its beautiful summer ski area at just 16 km. It is also the starting point for many walking routes. including the one to the most beautiful and highest waterfall of Tyrol. Near the village centre of Umhausen lies the big and spacious house Doblander. You will immediately notice the big garden behind the house. fruit trees. a good sized lawn. various sitting areas and garden furniture. The house has been recently renovated and has four spacious bedrooms and no less than three bathrooms. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
